Equans is looking for an M & E Supervisor to join our team in Chelmsford.

What will you deliver?

• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and building trade staff and specialist contractors, ensuring compliance with Equans and site policies
• Plan, prioritise, and delegate work to staff and contractors to meet contract specifications, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction
• Monitor performance, timekeeping, and quality of trade staff work, providing guidance and support as needed
• Lead and participate in team briefings, manage risk assessments and method statements to maintain safe working practices
