A leading building services contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to take commercial responsibility for major mechanical and electrical projects across Manchester. Key Responsibilities
Cost Management – Lead cost planning, forecasting, and financial control across multiple M&E packages.
Contract Administration – Manage NEC/JCT contracts, variations, change control, and claims.
Procurement & Subcontract Management – Oversee procurement, negotiate subcontract packages, and manage supply chain performance.
