Job Scope Coordinate and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project works to ensure timely and smooth execution Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements Plan, schedule, and monitor site activities proactively identify and resolve technical and site issues Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure proper coordination of M&E services Prepare and submit progress reports, claims, variation orders, and relevant project documentation follow up on certifications and payments Monitor project progress to ensure works are completed within schedule and budget Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems in accordance with project specifications Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regul...
