            Responsibilities  Manage M&E work scheduling from shop drawings to final handover. 
Coordinate with M&E services and other site trades. 
Support implementation and monitoring of construction management plans. 
Supervise and inspect subcontractors’ M&E works. 
Ensure compliance with M&E specifications and quality standards. 
Maintain good relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. 
Assist Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, and M&E works. 
Liaise with subcontractors to ensure smooth progress and minimal defects. 
Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials, and MSRA for approval. 
Ensure works are carried out according to contract and drawings. 
Conduct inspections, testing, mock-ups, and trade demonstrations. 
Verify variation orders (VO) and prepare back charges. 
Ensure compliance with TOP checklist and M&E requirements.
