About the Role

The company is seeking an experienced and proactive M&E Engineer / Utilities Engineer to oversee and manage all mechanical and electrical installation works at the project development site.

The successful candidate will represent the project owner in supervising project progress, quality, safety, compliance, cost control, and coordination with contractors, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders from the construction stage until final project handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Site Supervision

• Act as the owner’s representative to manage and monitor all M&E-related works, including electrical systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, HVAC systems, external utilities, and underground piping networks.
• Ensure project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost control are achieved according to project objectives and timelines.
