Job description

As a Customer Support Agent, you are responsible for all first line communication with our customers, dealers and subsidiaries regarding Connected Services information and issues:

  • Registering all requests in our ticketing system. You ensure that you fully understand the customer’s request by asking relevant questions and clearly mapping out the situation
  • Gathering all necessary information and informing the customer. This involves translating sometimes technical information into clear, accessible language that the customer can easily understand.
  • Handling the issues reported by our customers:You attempt to reproduce the problem based on the information provided, so that you can create an accurate ticket in the system.You attempt to resolve the issue independently at first using the available knowledge and resources.If you are unable to solve the problem, you escalate the request to 2nd Line support, specifically to the Functi...
