GENERAL SUMMARY:

Receive goods as ordered and delivered and processes packing slips into departmental computer systems.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Verify receipt of items against packing slip. Checks in items against purchase orders.

+ Enter inventory received into database for tracking.

+ Process returned items for shipping and schedules pick up.

+ Investigate and troubleshoot any received goods for issues/problems.

+ Monitor, order, stock and transport supplies and/or equipment for the organization. Ensures timely delivery of stock/inventory as needed. Process transfers from point of service sites for inventory and non-inventory supplies and ...
