Creating, updating, and verifying vendor and customer master data in MSD and related platforms, including accurate and timely data entry to maintain high quality records.
Maintaining pricing data, including the setup and amendment of pricing conditions and discount structures.
Collaborating with procurement, sales, and finance teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Supporting audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulations.
Generating and analysing reports to monitor master data accuracy and pricing effectiveness.
Providing training and guidance to colleagues on master data management processes and best practices.
Provide ad hoc support to Product Master Data activities, including interaction with ghd’s PLM system to assist with data alignment, governance, and cross-system data integrity.
