**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**1. Specialty craftsman type work i.e. cabinet making/repair, laminating, and standard and unique carpentry work.**

**2. Work independently and has leadership skills.**

**3. Constructs and repairs floors, walls, and doors.**

**4. Prepares bill of material for renovations and repairs.**

**5. Installs and repairs ceramic tiles.**

**6. Installs ceiling tile and grid.**

**7. Installs and repairs case work.**

**8. Uses power and hand tools.**

**9. Performs assigned area sweep and special projects as required.**
