The Mass Properties Specialist/Engineer collects, organizes, and controls sub-system and component data on Space, Weight and Power (SWaP). The primary responsibility of the Mass Properties Specialist/Engineer is to ensure that SWaP data is current, accurate and change controlled. The Mass Properties Specialist/Engineer supports control of SWaP at the system level by developing and managing SWaP allocations at the subsystem level.
