            Role and Responsibilities Identify approach and onboard new vendors, brands and suppliers onto the Grubss marketplace 
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term engagement 
Assist vendors with registration, documentation and onboarding requirements 
Coordinate product listings, catalog uploads, images, descriptions and pricing 
Monitor inventory availability and ensure product information is accurate and up to date 
Follow up with vendors to maintain product assortment and stock levels 
Support promotional campaigns, featured listings and marketplace marketing activities 
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with Grubss policies and service standards 
Coordinate with operations, customer service and marketing teams to resolve vendor‑related issues
