An events specialist is in charge of managing and organizing events prepared by the company and to manage relations with suppliers who also hold events through Zenshin Systems Corporation. He/she should be able to
Lead the management and organization of company events
Prepare registration of events, talking to hotels/restaurants/events places
Preparing budget per event and talking to supplier relations for said events
Coordination with suppliers for training events for ZSC sales and technicals
Other Work:
Act as contact person for HP Portal and special pricing
checking of Dell Portal and quotation
HP Inventory
Other portal requirements of other brands
