The MarTech Tech Lead owns the end-to-end technical architecture, integration design, and engineering governance of the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) . This role ensures scalable, reliable, and well-integrated MarTech capabilities across Customer Data Platform (CDP) , Loyalty , Offer Automation , and Marketing Automation .
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end MarTech architecture across:
- Customer Data Platform (CDP) : data ingestion, identity stitching, activation
- Marketing Automation : journey orchestration
- Loyalty & Offer Engine : transactions, rewards, rules
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure CEP architecture aligns with enterprise governing principles
