Job Responsibilities
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of IMC department’s activities.
- Actively monitor, review and manage customer enquiries, ensure excellent and superior customer services, response timely to customers.
- Manage and monitor marketing premiums inventory and prepare for event and internal stakeholder request.
- Arrange delivery of marketing material to internal stakeholder.
- Search for new vendor and request quotation, raise Purchase Requisition form, request PO & follow up with invoice.
- To ensure systematic documentation and filings.
