About the Role

• Salary: ₱50,000/month with UNLIMITED commissions every 3 months (based on revenue generated from the commission-based clients you'll be handling) . This is FULL-TIME role & you're expected to work during dayshift Philippine working hours (9AM-6PM w/ lunch break)!!! We're not very strict with time trackers that's why we value efficiency (we'll teach you how to incorporate AI tools to make your work faster)
• If you don't have Meta ads experience, that is fine; we will teach you all our processes! We hired strategists that have very limited experience. As long as you have good work ethic and communicate well, you'll be fine!
• You will plan and execute high-quality Meta advertising campaigns. This role focuses heavily on campaign strategy, creative direction, and building ads that perform.
