The Marketing Specialist (Promotions & Bonuses) will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing promotional campaigns and bonus offers to attract new players and retain existing ones. This role involves market research, campaign strategy, compliance monitoring, and performance analysis to ensure MEGABET’s promotions align with business objectives and industry trends.

• Create and execute innovative promotions & bonuses tailored to PH target audience.
• Ensure all promotions are market-driven, competitive, and align with industry trends.
• Develop seasonal and special event campaigns that drive player engagement.
• Maintain a clear two-month promotional cycle to meet PAGCOR submission deadlines.
• Work closely with the Retention Team to ensure sustainable player engagement strategies.
