We are working with a client who is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to support a fast‑paced marketing team across property launches, company initiatives, content, and marketing operations. This role serves as a central point of coordination, ensuring campaigns, communications, and content are executed accurately and on schedule.

What you’ll do:

+ Coordinate marketing launches for investment opportunities nationwide

+ Build, update, and maintain listings across marketing platforms

+ Create and distribute email campaigns and marketing communications

+ Manage listing status updates and ensure consistency across all channels

+ Support company marketing initiatives, including social media, website updates, and brand communications
