PadelPlex is a new padel club group built on one idea: padel done properly. We come from a hospitality background, our first venue is launching this year, and more sites are already secured. We're now looking for someone to own our marketing — and help us build a brand worth talking about.

The role spans content creation, social media, brand, digital marketing and commercial partnerships. It's broad by design. We're at an early, exciting stage and the right person will relish having real ownership of it. The role starts on a part-time or fractional basis, with the clear intention of growing into a full-time position as the business expands.

What matters most isn't a CV full of credentials. We're looking for someone who is:

• Self-motivated and genuinely excited about what we're building
• Confident working independently, without needing hand-holding
• Organised and able to keep multiple things moving at once
