Overview

• To ensure the branch meet the targets in loan booking, deposits, income generation and past-due reduction including preferred shares investments within specified period. These include individual marketing targets of each personnel of the branch;
• To ensure the branch employees are knowledgeable and believers of company products they sell and conscious of the professional standards they must adhere to as official representatives of the company.
• To ensure high client satisfaction through efficient handling of their deposit and loan transactions; offering of other banking services and meeting their expectations all to enhance bank-customer relationship
• To ensure the branch is responsible and prompt in the relay to AMS and/or Executive in-charge of clients’ feedback on the current product offerings, propose innovations including complaints under the Consumer Protection framework, all to enhance delivery of company’s financial serv...
