Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with sales objectives
• Generate creative ideas and convert them into actionable marketing strategies
• Track end-to-end implementation of campaigns and materials (digital, on-ground, or in-branch)
• Ensure all marketing plans are on schedule
• Analyze and track ongoing marketing performance in terms of revenue growth and client engagement
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, HR) for seamless execution
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to represent and manage brand presence

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Excellent communication and team coordination
• At least 2 years work experience in the same field
• Preferably with background in aesthetics and wellness / service industries
