Purpose:
To manage the marketing function of the relevant mall / malls. Focus on the development and execution of the marketing strategy with results driven / return on investment focused marketing. The role reports directly to centre management.

Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute the malls marketing strategy
- Include input and support from centre and portfolio management and regional and head of retail marketing
- Secure approval from portfolio and asset management
Campaign Plans and Strategy Execution:
- Develop and present campaign plans
- Include input and support from centre management and regional and head of retail marketing
- Include measurable KPI’s and provide post campaign reports (results v objectives)
- Include sponsorship targets as key KPI
