Assist Assistant Marketing Manager in the organisation of local events (In-store activation/ trade/ pr/ OOH) to celebrate new product launches, develop customer loyalty and brand love within local market.
Working closely with Assistant Marketing Manager to source vendors, source venues, manage logistics, budget, timeline, and other details (i.e. transportation and F&B) to create 360 successful events for clients.
Coordinate and communicate closely with internal team, ground staffs and vendors in a pro‑active manner to ensure that everyone is clear with their roles and responsibilities leading up to the event.
Overseeing and ensuring D-0 of event runs smoothly and manage issues promptly when arise.
RETAIL
Ensure new product launches information are well disseminated to the retail team.
Prepare deck including all information related to new launch / competitors report by weekly.
