Work with social agencies and various internal stakeholders to manage brand social handles, including creating in-house contents (scripting, filming, editing, copywriting, and scheduling) and coordinating with influencers to ship samples / develop content.
Localise marketing assets, ensure brand consistency, and support approval processes.
Ecommerce Support planning and execution of campaigns, e-commerce mega sales (e.g. 9.9, 11.11).
Update and optimise product listings, banners, and assets across Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Tokopedia.
Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing and ecommerce metrics and performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and support weekly and monthly reporting needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams to align initiatives.
