The Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities to drive revenue growth, manage leads, coordinate campaigns, and assist the sales team in building strong customer relationships. This role requires a proactive, organized, and target-driven professional who can efficiently bridge marketing initiatives and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Qualify leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain and update the Quickbooks database with accurate customer information.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations.

Marketing Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, events).
