?Develop and implement promotion/launch programs for key and new products.
? Formulate Prof Ed programs and implementation in collaboration with sales team.
? Periodic product training to sales force, incl. refreshment training and new products.
? Market/customer/sales performance insight generation through medical advisory board, KOL meeting, and sales data analysis.
? Lead operational excellence by managing key performance index, e.g. consignment level and forecast.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: Regular interaction with sales team, finance, RAQA, medical, and operation. AMEA and HQ marketing team.
External: KOLs for insight generation and engagement, Distributors for product training, Prof Ed program, and promotional programs. Regulatory and payer side for product registration and reimbursement with RAQA.
