As the Market Development Lead for KFC South Asia, you will be at the forefront of our expansion plans, working closely with franchise partners to drive profitable store unit growth. Your role is pivotal in establishing strong partnerships, securing growth, and enhancing asset performance across a diverse portfolio of markets. With a focus on Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, and Brunei, you'll be based in Singapore and travel approximately 30% of the time.
Structure and deliver key development KPIs, including new store openings, relocations, and remodels. Secure contracted growth by negotiating mutually beneficial deals with franchise partners.
