Senior Manager, Market Access

to help shape and execute European market access strategies for innovative therapies across key markets. This is a high-impact regional role for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and brings strong expertise in pricing, reimbursement, HTA, payer strategy, and launch readiness.

What You’ll Be Doing: Lead EU market access strategy for assigned products Drive pricing & reimbursement planning across European markets Support affiliate teams with localized access strategies and tools Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, HEOR, and Global Market Access teams Manage external vendors and key market access deliverables Contribute to value dossiers, budget impact models, and evidence generation plans Monitor payer landscape, competitive dynamics, and policy developments Support EU-level policy and advocacy initiatives
