Job description
The position will report to the Marine Operations Manager and will involve responsibility for a group of bulk carriers, in cooperation with other office departments and in accordance with the requirements of the company's SQEM System. Occasional vessel attendances, in port or during short sea passages, will also be required. Job requirement The successful applicant shall have a valid Master's Class certificate, seagoing service in the rank of Master of ocean-going drybulk carriers and a minimum of 5-year shore-based experience in similar position. In addition, any past employment as vessel inspector on behalf of flag authorities or 3rd party international inspection firms will be highly valued.
