Responsibilities You will serve as a MARINE INFORMATION SPECIALIST and be responsible for assistance to the Chief, PATON Section, Waterways Management Branch in fulfilling the statutory requirements within the authority of the District Commander to ensure appropriate establishment, maintenance, inspection, discontinuance, change or transfer of ownership of Private Aids to Navigation (PATON).
