Propulsion Controls Engineering has a current opening for a Marine Electrician Superintendent , with a minimum 10 years experience within the marine and/or shipyard industry; supporting our San Diego, CA location.

Job Summary:

A Marine Electrician Superintendent is responsible for the Electrical production team ensuring adherence to schedules, departmental efficiency, and enhancements to product quality.

Essential Functions:

• Effectively manages assigned personnel (including two or more Supervisors), providing the leadership, training and mentoring necessary to enhance repair reliability, capability, and efficiency within his/her department.
