Position Scope and Organizational Impact: A Dock Experts Marine Construction Foreman/Crew Leader plans, coordinates, leads a team of tradesman and contractors, and performs construction work on daily, weekly, and project-based activities for our marine construction projects. High levels of integrity, accountability, foresight, and an unshakable ability to maintain and inspire a consistent positive, can-do attitude are necessary in upholding TDX quality and safety standards while disrupting and challenging the industry status quo.
