About the Role

Every Halter farm runs on a digital map. Using drone or satellite imagery, we map all the infrastructure that matters, such as fences, gates, troughs, and cowsheds. The system uses that map to fence and shift cattle, so the more accurately it matches the real farm, the more accurately animals get guided.

With over 1,000,000 collars deployed across hundreds of farms, the edits to these maps never stop. Farmers contact us through our in‑app chat to request updates. Your job is to action those edits accurately so the map stays up to date.

Key responsibilities include:

• Keep maps accurate by updating infrastructure details based on farmer requests.
• Investigate and resolve map discrepancies that appear in the field.
• Coordinate with support to obtain additional information and keep farmers informed.
