POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team, which currently consists of five members. Together with colleagues, the candidate will be responsible for the proper routine and special maintenance of the facility, ensuring the efficient operation of systems, equipment, and common areas, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems. Handle quick repairs for breakdowns or malfunctions reported by guests or staff. Conduct periodic inspections of boilers, HVAC systems, lighting, elevators, and other technical and electrical infrastructure. Assist with setup tasks and minor carpentry, painting, and masonry work.
