**Job Overview**

Responsible for encouraging all team members to work together to meet customer quality and schedule requirements. As a member of the team, the team leader facilitates participation from each team member and provides leadership to ensure team goals and commitments are met. **This is a 2nd shift opening that has a schedule of Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.**
