Job Description
• Plan, schedule, and provide work direction to team to ensure compliance.

• Ensure staffing coverage is appropriate each day, reporting any issues with coverage to Regeneron Management

• Helps to analyze, interpret, and report assessment results and recommendations to Regeneron team members

• Perform personnel management functions of reports (i.e. employee evaluations, coaching, disciplining, etc.)

• Attend weekly alignment meetings with Regeneron Management team, and weekly team meetings.

• Ensure that policies and procedures are effectively administered and comply with regulatory requirements.
