**Job Overview**

The ACL Advanced Manufacturing (AME) team is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented **Manufacturing/ Process Technician (m/f/d** **)** to support the development, launch, and operation of a new plating process at our Adelberg facility in Germany. You will play a critical role in running trials, collecting data, optimizing parameters, and supporting the central plating engineering team in transitioning the process into production. The role will also evolve to include support on other development and process improvement projects across our global operations in plating and potentially automation and other core processes like assembly.
