Manufacturing Manager

Location: Terengganu (Onsite at Manufacturing Plant)

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

Team Size: ~1,200 personnel (supervisors, team leaders, operators)

Role Overview

Lead large-scale, labor-intensive manufacturing operations to deliver world-class performance across Safety, People, Quality, Volume, and Cost (SPQVC), in line with global standards and customer requirements. This hands‑on role requires experience in managing high manpower volume, multi‑shift operations, and complex assembly processes in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
