Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to manage and direct operational activities of the manufacturing facility. This position coordinates employees engaged in production as well as the production schedule. This position will also resolve production problems related to methods, tools, fixtures, materials, and manpower.


Duties and Responsibilities

+ Maintains schedule of manufacturing products, following quality standards, and strives for the lowest possible cost with the highest quality.

+ Works with Operators to optimize efficiencies for machine set-up and production.

+ Coordinates with the engineering group to ensure work instructions and time standards are followed.
