Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- 5+ years in an operations leadership role with budget responsibility.
- Experience in applying and coaching Lean Manufacturing principles.
