The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Manager to lead our workshop and off‑site production operations. Reporting to the Manufacturing Director, you will play a critical role in delivering safe, efficient and high‑quality manufacturing activities across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for operational excellence, LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget and fully compliant with quality and safety standards while developing and supporting a high‑performing manufacturing team.
