We’re working with an established manufacturing business based in Aberystwyth, operating within a technology‑led, high‑value engineering sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Manufacturing Lead to take full responsibility for their Manufacturing function.

This is a senior leadership role with accountability for both the strategic direction and day‑to‑day performance of manufacturing, working closely with cross‑functional teams to support current operations and future growth.
