Position Overview

This is a technical support role inside a manufacturing plant that produces electronic boards (PCBs = printed circuit boards). The adequate candidate will act as a bridge between production (factory) and IT systems that control the manufacturing process. This is an on-site role (Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon). Think of this role as: Make sure the factory systems and tools work correctly so production doesn't stop.

Responsibilities

• Support the software used in the factory (MES systems) – These systems track what is being produced, steps in the process, quality, etc.
• Help with PCB manufacturing processes – Not necessarily designing electronics, but understanding how boards are built so they can support issues.
• Troubleshoot issues in production systems – Example: if a machine cannot register a product step, help fix it.
• Work with data (SQL) – Check or update information in databases (production data, errors, etc...
