.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and troubleshoot machine computer control systems (PLCs, VFDs, sensors, FactoryTalk). Develop and update standard work procedures, manufacturing instructions, and machine settings. Actively collaborate with Quality and Training teams to ensure SOPs reflect current best practices and that new equipment/processes are adequately documented and trained. Support development and execution of preventive maintenance programs with Maintenance. Collaborate with Maintenance and direct task assignments to reduce downtime and extend asset life. Participate in capital project scoping, equipment upgrades, commissioning, and post-install support. Interface with equipment vendors and suppliers during selection, specification, and troubleshooting of equipment and materials.
