Analyze existing production lines to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and lower manufacturing cost using lean manufacturing methodologies.

Design, balance, and optimize assembly lines, workstation layouts, and material workflows.

Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, manufacturing routings, standard rates, and work instructions.
Equipment, Tooling & Automation
Design, source, and implement fixtures, jigs, and specialized tooling to improve manufacturing repeatability and ergonomics.

Identify opportunities for automation or equipment upgrades; author equipment specification and mange vendor timelines.

Lead equipment installation, qualification, and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Troubleshoot PLC programming, motion control systems, and software integrations comprising a production line.
