Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will support and execute new product introductions into manufacturing, resolve day-to-day production issues, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment. This role works closely with contract manufacturers and internal production teams across multiple international sites, ensuring robust manufacturing processes, clear documentation, and effective cross-functional communication.
Responsibilities

+ Support and execute new product introduction (NPI) activities from engineering into full-scale production.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve real-time, day-to-day production issues on the manufacturing floor.

+ Improve, standardize, and document manufacturing processes and detailed work instructions.
