Qualifications:
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in a high-precision metal fabrication environment. Perform hands-on setup, leveling, and calibration of CNC Fiber Lasers, Press Brakes, and/or Turret Punches. Previous experience in a setup or shop-floor reorganization project is highly preferred. Degree or certifications in CNC Machining or Manufacturing Technology preferred. Previous experience building a shop floor from scratch or managing a major department relocation.
