            Responsibilities  Lead and implement the Food Sector manufacturing strategy on an international basis, delivering against all KPI's whilst developing a growing team. 
Champion the development of Group Operational plans. 
Focus the department upon efficiency increases through manufacturing and manpower budgeting. 
Deliver the current capital expenditure programmes and identify further opportunities for step change improvements. 
Enable the empowerment of first line staff through KPI management. 
Lead and champion a Quality culture within the Company. 
Evaluate performance and react accordingly. 
Approve new product concepts and review their development cycle. 
Create a culture of best practice and motivation through exceptional people management. 
 Qualifications  Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Desirable 
Certified Master Black Belt Desirable
