            What you will do Analyze, troubleshoot, and help resolve production issues impacting live hiring events; 
Perform manual, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across platform workflows; 
Validate REST APIs, integrations, and backend services using Postman; 
Execute backend data validation and troubleshooting using SQL queries; 
Reproduce, document, and track defects, workflow issues, and test results in Jira; 
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Client Support, and GTM teams to investigate and resolve client-reported issues; 
Support incident triage activities and assist with release validation efforts; 
Validate architecture changes, new integrations, and platform enhancements prior to release; 
Investigate frontend and network-related issues using browser developer tools; 
Ensure issues are resolved within SLA expectations while maintaining high client satisfaction;
