Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or any related field
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
• Preferably with experience in a logistics, trading, or e-commerce company
• Strong comprehension and interpretation skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret communications, documents, and meetings between Mandarin and English
• Assist in coordinating with Chinese partners, clients, and management
• Support internal departments by providing accurate translations and cultural insights
• Perform administrative or coordination tasks as assigned
