About the Role

The Company is seeking a Private Credit Managing Director to take on a full-cycle investment role in the lower middle market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the origination, execution, and portfolio management of 7-8 high-quality sponsor-backed deals. This role requires a hands-on approach, including sitting on portfolio company boards and driving value creation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in private credit, mezzanine, or SBIC-backed investing, with a proven track record of both deal origination and underwriting.
